What is a full replacement?
We take off the old boards and gutters back to the rafters, check the rafter ends, and fit new fascias, soffits and guttering with vents and bird guards. A cap-over just covers the old boards, which can hide rot.
Will I need scaffold?
For a two-storey house, usually yes, or a tower across the front and back. We tell you at survey and include it in your written price.
uPVC or aluminium?
uPVC is the usual choice: it needs no painting and is cheaper. Aluminium costs more, holds its colour longer and suits some period or modern designs.
